Chicken MarsalaThis amazingly flavored dish was recently introduced to me by one of my good friends Taryn. We both travel for work and I was introduced to this meal in Tulsa. This dish is full of amazing flavors that seem to burst in your mouth. There are a variety of strong and subtle flavors that complement each other making this did an experience. As flight attendants we often pack our own food not knowing when we are going to get a chance to buy food for the day or even step off the aircraft in between flights. We had acquired a food voucher the night before and well it had to be used that next day so we took a look at the menu. I had never heard of chicken marsala before and was not sure about it. To be honest it was an odd name. Typically food like chicken parmesan is something I order its safe it tells you in the title what you are getting! After one bite I knew this was an amazing dish! I have made it a few different ways at home and modified it to my own recipe! I cant wait to here how you like it! In addition to reasons why I love this meal, it makes great leftovers! AKA great for taking on trips with me. ENJOY! Ingredients
