Protein Pancakes

As we all know it is very important to get protein and nutrients  into our bodies as soon as we get up in the morning. So what are our options, eggs and protein shakes? Lets be honest sometimes we just want pancakes, sometimes we just want to eat food that doesn't feel like we are eating on a diet!  Here is a recipe that your whole family will enjoy and they will not even know how good it is for them. AKA WIN FOR THE HEALTHY CHOICE
​This particular shake Formula 1 is very high in nutritional value, low sugar, and NO cholesterol
​it is a full meal replacement and covers all the essential nutrients.
24 g Protein (31.5g option)
1/2 cup water
​1 large egg
2 tbsp. Formula 1 Nutrition Powder
1 tbsp. Protein Drink Mix (2tbsp= 31.5g)
​1/4 cup Steal Cut Oats (oatmeal)
​
​37.5 g add another egg to the 31.5g option
​only do 1/3 cup of water not 1/2

​Place in blender and cook just like any other pancake! Make sure to put the water and egg/s in first then the powder and oats. there are so many different flavors of shakes so have fun with it.  After is done  Add your own fruit and use natural preserves, or Grade A syrup!
