I don't know about you but my life is not simple. It is not scheduled and it is absolutely not consistent!  Every day is so different, the days I'm home and not traveling for work I usually have extra time in the morning and then as the day goes on I'm just not sure how I'm going to get it all done. For me crock pot meals are great I can get them going in the morning and then when we find time to eat, dinner is just there waiting!  Ok here is a recipe that I did today that I hope you enjoy!

Pork Roast

15 oz     Tomato Sauce
1 cup     Apple Sauce
1/2 tsp   Pepper
1/2 tsp   Salt
1/2 tsp   Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp   Chili Powder
3 tbsp.   Honey or Agave Nectar
1 tsp      Liquid Smoke

Mix everything together in the crock pot, stir together, add the Pork Roast, spoon some of the sauce on top of the roast. Then let it sit on low for 6 to 8 hours. when its done pull it apart and let sit another 10 -15 min then your good to go.

Make a Wrap, Sandwich, Salad Rice Bowl whatever you want!
