Munchie time! Snacking is by far the thing that gets me the most when it comes to unhealthy choices. one thing after another and then by the time it is time to eat my meal I'm not hungry. the problem is most snacking foods are not high in nutrients or protein. Veggies are a great snack with a good source of nutrients but lacking the protein. Dips are usually just high in calories and have not much value. Solution! check out this awesome dip recipe and the best part is your kids or any other picky eaters will have no idea.
