The dreaded diet! You know what im talking about, and this us how it typically goes....
Day One of diet... You are excited, and you are pumped, you got this, this is the time you will fallow through and get thise results!
Day Two of diet... yesterday was easy and i already mealpreped for today so here we go!
Day Three of diet... Omg i just want a soda, no no soda. I can do this... Oh the cravings!
By day five you have got this diet thing down you make it through your Friday day but then the night comes. Date night, family night, friends night. A night with temtations is not as easy when everyone else around yiu is drinking and eating all the crap you knoe you should not be eating, but want so bad.
Detox is somthing tbat is talked about a lot but what is detoxing? Detoxing is yes detting all the bad toxins out of your body. Thete are many ways to do this check out our detox page. In this scenerio the detox we are looking for is helping to stop cravingings! Did you know puting some things in your body will actually create cravings! 2 tbsp Herbalife Formula 1 (any flavor i personally like the bananna caramel flavor)
1 large egg
3 tablespoons milk (2% or almond milk)
Cooking spray
coffee cup
Frosting Ingredients (optional)
2 tbsp greek yougart
1 tbsp Chocolate Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
You coyld alsi top with honey.
Step by step instructions
Grab your favorite coffee mug and spray it with cooking spray
In a bowl or blender mix your egg, milk and Formula 1. Spray your coffee cup with cooking spray then poor in the mix
Microwave for 2 min. If it needs more time max add another 30 sec.
Mix the greek yougart and herbalife chocolate protein drink mix. Frosting is done
You can top it and eat it right in tbe cup or tip it over onto a plate then top and decorate your cupcake masterpiece
