White Wine Chicken

White wine chicken recipe that will have you questioning everything about eating healthy. This low calorie white wine sauce over the chicken has so much flavor! I was a little worried when i made it to be honest I kinda just made it up as I went along and prayed that it would turn out.

One of my biggest issues when trying to eat healthy is eating bland food that does not taste amazing. I understand ever meal can not be a delectable entree like this one. That is not to say that every time you eat it should not taste amazing! For example 9 mornings out of 10 I have a shake for breakfast. If that shake was not delicious i would not drink it.
Dieting is about finding a balance and living a healthy active lifestyle, yes life style. I do not know about you but i want to enjoy my lifestyle, not just try ti like it!
